With classes designed with them in mind, your kids will be exploring their creativity and imagination through movement & laughter in no time!

Encouraging a healthy active lifestyle from a young age, the benefits of yoga for children are endless. Helping to develop their balance, flexibility and strength, equipping them with the skills to deal with frustration, anxiety or stress and assisting them to control their minds and emotions, particularly helpful for those who have difficulty focusing or concentrating.

During class we use a combination of music, partner & acro-yoga, dance, healthy social interaction, playfulness, lots of cool props & yoga games, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation and mindfulness for children, with a focus on the FUN!!!

Our Kids Yoga classes are guided by Kirsten Alderson, Kirsten is such a beautiful teacher, and your kids will love her!

Ages 8 – 11

Wednesdays – 4.30 – 5.30pm

Term 2, 2019 begins Wednesday 1st May – 3rd of July.  This is a 10 week term.


Full Term $150
